Why breaking in your glove matters
What’s in the kit
Step 1: Dry brush the glove
Step 2: Clean with foam cleaner
Work the Nordari Foam Cleaner into the leather with the brush. It lifts dirt and sweat without soaking the hide.
Buff off the residue with the microfiber cloth until the leather is clean and dry to the touch.
Step 3: Apply leather conditioner
Massage in the Non-Darkening Leather Conditioner to soften the leather and keep it supple all season.
Step 4: Flex the break points by hand
Step 5: Shape the pocket with a mallet and wrap it overnight
ImportantWork every pocket and finger of the glove with the wood mallet to loosen the fibers evenly — don’t skip the web.
Place a ball in the pocket, wrap the glove tight, and let it rest overnight to lock in the shape.
