Nordari “Win A Year Of Glove Wipes” Sweepstakes

1.Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by UNDRCVR BROTHERS LLC, located at 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM, 88101 (“Sponsor”).

2.Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

3.Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 7th, 2026 and ends on December 31st, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted or considered. Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

4.How To Enter

Method 1 — Kit Registration (with purchase). During the Sweepstakes Period, visit nordarisports.com/giveaway and register the order number found on your Nordari Complete Glove Care System kit, along with a valid email address.

Method 2 — No-Purchase-Necessary (free entry). A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. To enter without a purchase, mail a 3″x5″ card with your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number to: UNDRCVR BROTHERS LLC, “Win a Year of Glove Wipes” Sweepstakes, 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM, 88101.

Limit: one (1) entry per person / per order number / per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, mailing address, or household in excess of this limit will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or that are incomplete, illegible, garbled, or contain false or fraudulent information, are void.

5.Winner Selection, Odds & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about the end of every month. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by the email address (or, for mail-in entries, the contact information) provided at entry, within 3 business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where legal), and any required tax forms within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond, or return of any notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s discretion.

6.Prize

One (1) winner will receive: a one (1) year supply of Nordari Glove Wipes, shipped in periodic installments over twelve (12) months (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $180.00 USD.

• Total number of prizes to be awarded: 12.
• No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly described in these Official Rules.

7.General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes to have violated these Official Rules or engaged in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

8.Release & Limitation Of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

9.Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10.Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and will be used to administer this Sweepstakes and, where consented to, for marketing communications.
